Our Policies
01 — Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 3–5 working days (Monday–Saturday) and shipped via trusted third-party logistics partners. Delivery times vary by location, and customers can track their order status online at any time.
Shipping is free on every order, across India. For international orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination.
To ensure safe delivery, rolled art is wrapped in tissue paper and fine art butter paper, then packed in branded kraft tubes. Framed art is protected with cardboard corners, bubble wrap, and butter paper before being packed in sturdy shipping boxes.
Every original painting ships with a signed Certificate of Authenticity, confirming the piece was hand-painted by Deepti Saxena and detailing its title, medium, and completion date. Keep this with the artwork — it documents provenance and is required for any future return or exchange.
All Voodaz pieces are designed and hand-painted in India, from our studio in Bangalore.
02 — Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of every piece we send out. Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged
- There is a manufacturing defect
- The wrong item was shipped
To initiate a return: notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging — including the Certificate of Authenticity — along with proof of purchase and photos of the artwork.
Return process: email voodazart@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and reason for return. Once approved, we'll send you a shipping label and clear instructions.
Non-returnable items: sale items, gift cards, custom commissions, and limited/open-edition prints are final sale, given the made-to-order nature of each piece.
03 — Refund Policy
Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days, credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to reflect.
For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, we issue a full refund — no deductions, no processing fees.
Exchanges: to exchange a piece, follow the return process above for the original item, then place a new order for the piece you'd like instead.
