Return Policy

Valid Reasons for Returns: We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged.
  • There is a manufacturing defect.
  • The wrong item was shipped.

Return Conditions: To initiate a return, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please include proof of purchase and photos of the product when submitting your return request.

Return Process: Email us at voodazart@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and the reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive a shipping label and detailed instructions for the return.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, special commissions, limited/open-edition prints, and frames are final sales and cannot be returned.

Damaged or misrepresented items are eligible for a full refund within 14 days. All returns must be shipped in the original packaging, including any accompanying certificates.

Refund Policy

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

Return Refunds: Once the return conditions are met, the return process will be initiated within 3-4 days.

Refund Processing Fees: A 20% processing fee will be charged and must be borne by the customer. However, full refunds are issued for items that are damaged, defective, or misrepresented.

Damaged/Defective Products: For damaged or defective items, contact us immediately at voodazart@gmail.com with photos and details. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges: To exchange a product, follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired product once the return is accepted.

How long does it take to complete a custom artwork?

The painting process, including drying, takes 10-15 days depending on size and complexity. Shipping times are additional.

Can I return or exchange the painting if I’m not satisfied?

Since each painting is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we ensure clear communication and previews to match your expectations.
